Service Statement
Yingbo Guardianship is committed to arranging regular welfare checks on students. We conduct at least one face - to - face welfare check per month for students in homestays and every two weeks for those in student apartments. These checks are carried out by our trained guardians, but due to unforeseen circumstances such as school closures or guardian illness, the schedule may need to be adjusted. In such cases, we will inform students and their parents/ guardians in advance as much as possible.
Accommodation Service Statement
Accommodation Service Statement： Student apartments provided by Yingbo Guardianship are equipped with basic furniture such as beds, desks, and wardrobes. Some apartments may also have additional facilities like a small balcony or an en - suite bathroom, but this is not guaranteed. High - speed internet is available in all apartments, but the speed may be affected by network congestion during peak usage times.
